CHICAGO (CBS) – Firefighters responded to a fire in a high rise in the 1100 block of North Lake Shore Drive on Friday.
1100 N LSD. Fire on 14th floor is out. Building being ventilated. No transports—

Fire was reported on the 14th floor. Residents on the floor exited the building through a stairwell.
The property manager of the building tells WBBM Newsradio the fire was contained to one unit, and he says the owners of the unit are out of town.
CBS 2′s Brad Edwards reports one man, believed to be in his 70s, was taken to the hospital after suffering smoke inhalation.
An EMS Plan 1 was called, sending five ambulances to the scene.
Firefighters were able to put out the fire shortly before 2 p.m.
