CHICAGO (STMW) – An elderly man was found shot to death in the South Shore neighborhood Thursday morning.
The man, 74, was found in a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds to the body about 4:45 a.m. in the 7000 block of South East End Avenue, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
He was dead at the scene, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office. His identity was not being released pending notification of his family, the medical examiner’s office said.
Nobody is in custody as Area Central detectives investigate.
