CHICAGO (CBS) — Prince William, husband, father and heir to the British throne, managed to spend two hours in Chicago on Thursday without many people knowing it, according to several media reports.

According to the Sun-Times Michael Sneed, who is incredibly well-connected to key players at just about every Chicago restaurant, was told by a source that William spent about two hours at a lounge at O’Hare International Airport, waiting for a flight to Memphis for a wedding.

Here’s where the restaurant source comes in: A Lettuce Entertain You restaurant at the airport provided the prince with some chicken nachos.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the server congratulated William on the birth of his baby, Prince George, and reported that William was very polite.

However, it appears William was still hungry when he got to Memphis.

Once there, he met his younger brother Harry, who was spotted in Miami earlier in the week, where they ate some BBQ at the famous Rendezvous, according to a massive number of Tweets.

The royal brothers are in Memphis to attend the wedding of nightclub owner Guy Pelly, who is marrying Holiday Inn heiress Lizzy Wilson.

While William reportedly took a commercial flight from London to Chicago, Harry flew by private jet to Memphis from Miami. Local news in Memphis provided extensive coverage of the arrival. New outlets even posted a lengthy video of Harry’s plane on approach and finally landing at the airport.

Presumably, William flew a connecting commercial flight to Memphis after enduring a two-hour layover like the commoners.
