CHICAGO (CBS) – A suspect was arrested Monday morning after robbing a TCF Bank branch inside a Jewel grocery store in Portage Park.
Police said a person robbed the TCF Bank branch in the Jewel-Osco at 4650 W. Irving Park Rd. around 9:45 a.m.
The teller gave the person an unspecified amount of cash, and the robber fled the scene.
Police arrested the robber a short time later.
Charges were pending as of late Monday morning.
