(CBS) A falling bookshelf killed a 3-year-old girl Wednesday in Northbrook.
The accident happened in a residence in the 1900 block of Clover Road about 10:50 a.m.
Police received a call from the home that a falling bookcase seriously injured a child.
The girl, 3, was taken by ambulance to Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, but she later died.
