CHICAGO (CBS) – Five people, including three paramedics and a newborn, were taken to hospitals after pickup truck and a Fire Department ambulance collided on Lake Shore Drive late Tuesday night.
The crash happened around 10:40 p.m. near Lake Shore and Marquette drives. Police said five people were hospitalized.
Three paramedics, the pickup driver, and a newborn all suffered minor injuries in the crash, police said.
The driver of the pickup was cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
