CHICAGO (STMW) — Two men were shot early Saturday in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood on the South Side.
The men, ages 27 and 28, were shot about 3:30 a.m. in the 5000 block of South Indiana Avenue and drove themselves to Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, said police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer.
After getting in an argument at a party, the men drove away and were stopped at a stop sign when another vehicle pulled up alongside and someone exited that vehicle and fired shots into theirs, Greer said.
The 27-year-old was in good condition after suffering a graze wound to the hip area, Greer said. The 28-year-old was shot in the leg and listed in “stable” condition.
No one is in custody as Area Central detectives are investigating.
